General Rules

* The client agrees to abide by all NYC Fire Department regulations.

* No subletting or sharing of the space to or with any other company.

* No smoking.

* Please leave the space in the same condition you found it.

Cooking and Drinking 

* Only food preparation is allowed in the space. No cooking.

* No alcoholic drink is allowed.

FURNITURE & EQUIPMENT

* Furniture and all provided equipment should be treated with care.

* Renter/Client will be held responsible for any damage inflicted on all equipments and furniture while in their possession.

Security 

* We have two security cameras in the studio, one beside the window, one in the kitchen area nearby ceiling.

Other

* If you would like to extend your booking, let us know and it can be arranged if there are no bookings after your sessions.

* We give a 15 minutes grace period past the end of your booking, any longer will be considered an extra 1 hour booking. -

* Please return Studio Keys back to lockbox and make sure doors are closed when you leave. There will be a $100 charge for misplacing Studio Keys.

* If a client/tenant, representative or group should violate any terms of this agreement, the owner of the space has the right to immediately evict any and all such persons including any and all associated with said person, without reimbursement.

* All ages are allowed in the space

INSURANCE

The renter must maintain General Liability insurance coverage of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate. If applicable, valid Workers' Compensation insurance compliant with state law is also required.

AGREEMENTS

All bookings require a signed Rental Agreement, a completed Credit Card Authorization form, full payment at the time of booking, and a Certificate of Insurance (COI).
We accept payments via Stripe (Credit/Debit Card – subject to a 4% processing fee), ACH, Bank Wire, or Zelle.

NON-TERMINATION

Client understands and agrees that upon signing our Rental Agreement,Client cannot terminate the agreement for any reason and shall remain responsible for the entire estimated studio and equipment rental cost specified in the Invoice.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations made 7 or more days prior to the booking date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the booking date are non-refundable.
